Kevin King is the bassist for the band Monarchy and the father of Ethan Dale King.

Kevin’s musical journey started when he was just a child. By age eight, he was already performing as the drummer for a traveling band. At 13, he discovered his love for the banjo, eventually earning second place in a national talent competition for his banjo-playing skills. Though his accomplishments are impressive, Kevin keeps them low-key, often jokingly quoting Ricky Bobby from Talladega Nights: “If you ain’t first, you’re last.”
